Slippin' and Slidin'

Yep, I went down that trail. It ended in somebody's back yard!

It was incredibly slippery this morning. Georgia has gotten enough rain in the past few weeks to end the worst drought in 100 years!

Sibley Pond- the water was so still it looked like glass.

I was planning on crossfitting this morning, but decided to trail run for some much needed alone time. I only got in 3.70 miles in 50 minutes because of the slips and trips and walking up those big ol'hills because it was a sheet of mud.

I've decided to crossfit 2x's a week at the gym, boot camp 3 x's a week, long run once a week and 2 shorter runs on the afternoons I crossfit. I'll be throwing weights in there too. I'm not sure the direction our crossfit affiliate will take- it's appearing to be more of a conditioning gym right now. I'm hoping they begin to add the lifts in there too.

Time to shower up, check for ticks and bring the boys to a book sale at church while my poor husband works AGAIN on Saturday. Only 2 and a half weeks before our trip to NY. Woo hoo!
