My neighbor asked me to make a few of these, now everyone is asking for one! Woo hoo!

I'm so INCREDIBLY sore, as is everyone who did this workout. Jason, our coach was still sore last night from Monday....so I'm not feeling too good about my chances for workout tonight. I have never, ever been this sore this long in.my.life. The next time I see Murph I may run and hide in my bed. I can barely keep my elbows bent long enough to crochet! Walking down stairs is COMICAL. If a bear was chasing me, I'd end up it's lunch!
