Run 2X200 forward 200 meters backwards


3X15 thrusters (45)

box jumps (I think 14")

15 8 pound sledgehammer swings

15 tire flips

400 meter run holding 12# medicine ball.

First workout @ CFEC since 6/22! During the warm-up I noticed I did 2 sets of 10 chest to ground push-ups. Sweet. I was also first in the 6 AM group...but not the entire gym. Which makes me mad, and at the same time gives me something to work towards. :)


I really, really wanted to run today in the evening, but I thought better of it. I know I'll be sore as hell in the morning!
