Boo hiss

This morning we had boot camp and I decided not to run, just walk. I did lunges and squats and my knee felt great- until I sat down. It's not as swollen as yesterday but I'm going to sit on my big booty and rest/ice it today again. I hate to sit- after getting myself out of a funk and focused- but I'd rather rest it for 3 days than really mess it up and sit out of everything for 3 weeks!


Yesterday I felt like I was starving all freaking day. Could be the joy that is hormone surges or I'm not eating enough fat in my paleo-ish diet. All I wanted was sugar and carbs. DETOX ACK! Today I'll throw in more fats and fruit when I'm craving sugars.


5:30 boot camp lite coffee (1/2 reg and 1/2 decaf) stevia almond milk


M1: 8 AM 1/2 bag frozen onions & peppers, 3 smallish tomatoes, 2 chicken sausages cooked in about 1 tbsp evoo. 2 kiwi fruits.

The rest of the day looks like chicken, fish, cauli, fresh spinach, apples, nuts, seeds and tea.
