You know that person who has everything? Yep I'm making this for her. Knitting isn't my forte however this project is going pretty good. I'm hoping to finish it up by tomorrow night.
Got 6 miles in yesterday and I'm sore as hell. Boot camp this morning (27 degrees!!) and I'm feeling like ground beef. The boys are playing at a neighbors and I was able to wash my disgusting kitch floor. I swear the former owners of this place walked into home depot with 2 conditions.
1. Cheap
2.Impossible to clean.
The only thing that gets that floor clean is the magic eraser. I just spent 30 minutes scrubbing with fabulouso and a rag in vain. Looks awful. Smells better...I guess that's the upside.
I am so not ready for Christmas. In a terrible, stressful coincidence 3 clients who are always incredibly reliable haven't paid. ACK! Can't plan for illness, hangovers, or just the general run-downess that happens to us all this time of year. It's hard to explain...you're not mad at them (How DARE you get sick!) but you're so mad at the situation. Living paycheck to paycheck in a crummy economy is not recommended. The good news is there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Who cares if I get stuff late? There's no time stamp on the presents. :)
I'm glad that I have my husband by my side during times like this. I've learned to lean into him instead of push him away when times are tough.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails....And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
