The before pic


My before picture is actually a quite unfortunate one. I have tried to talk myself into the "Oh it's an unflattering shirt" bit, but the reality is I am big. You don't "look" big if you aren't, ya know? So there I am- 5'6 150.


Normally I last 1 and 1/2 days on any given program before jumping ship. I find too many excuses why I don't need to, and don't we all? I feel like I'm getting into a rhythm with this program pretty quickly. Yesterday I stayed within my points, actually .5 left. Here's a summary of what I ate:


Breakfast: 3/4 c Protein plus special K

1/2c Unsweet Vanilla Almond milk

1/4c frozen blueberries 1 cup coffee 1.4c almond milk. 2 point snack cake, carbmaster yogurt. Total points=5.5


Lunch: 4 cups raw spinach, 1 medium tomato, onion, cucumbers, 3 tbsp FF Zesty Italian, california Garden burger, 1/2 tbsp light mayo, 1 skinny cow ice cream sandwich. Total points=5.5



Snack: thomas' light english muffin, 1 tbsp light marg = 2 points


Dinner: 1/2c Boca ground crumbles, onion, 1/3c 2% cheese, low carb tortilla wrap, 1/2c salsa. 2 Jello sugar free dk chocolate mousse cups. YUM. Total= 8.5


Snack 1 point cake thing.


Total points= 22.5 I earned 5 activity points, 15 for the week, but I'm not going to use them.


I am not drinking enough water! I bought tazo passion tea, my fave and I'm going to drink a double cup after every meal. I'm also not getting enough healthy fat. Amazing. Going to add that in today as well. I have a run planned this afternoon. Finally it's going to be above 30!
