day one done!

I had 24 points today, my goal was 23. I also ran 3 miles which gives me 5 activity points I can use. So I guess I banked 4 points? So different from anything I've ever done before. In body building your training didn't really 'count' toward your daily calories. It's so motivating! I feel more excited to exercise than ever.
