I am 150 pounds today. It sucks. My points total is 23 today, although I haven't hit the treadmill yet. If I racewalk/run for 30 minutes I'll get an extra 4 points. Woo hoo!
I haven't had time to really read the information. Yesterday I journaled my food, and I think I had 9 points left and 5 activity points. Whatever that means! I'm off to Panera for some low fat chicken noodle soup and half a garden salad with Xavier. Then I'm hitting the treadmill for 30 minutes, then back to work.
Yipee!
