Monday: Boot camp
Tuesday: Kettle bells, bench and sandbags. 3 miles on treadmill.
Wed Boot camp
Thursday Rest
Fri Boot camp
Sat rest
Sunday 5. During boot camp I cover about 1.5-2 miles running/walking lunges/travel squats plus weights.
Here's the problem with last week: INSOMNIA. Woke up 2 nights at 2 or 3 AM and couldn't get back to sleep. Last night I woke @ 2 and went into night sweats. Can you say perimenopause? I'm thirty-freaking-five! I've had all the other symptoms as well. I'm getting some blood work done in 2 weeks and a fun-filled vist to the gyn.
I felt great during the 5 miler, little or no soreness today. I'm currently suffering from severe lack of motivation for my house cleaning duties, but after I get my butt in gear after my catch up 1.5 hour nap I'm logging about 2 miles.
