Kicking my own rear!

I had a great workout today. I didn't make it to work in time to use the power plate (manager has to put it away because people would end up breaking it!) so I did this:


warm up 10 squats 10 push-ups 10 full sit ups. 10 second dead hang and attempt at pull up FAILED :)


Kettle Bell Alternating Dead clean and Press. 3X8. I used 26 pounds (?)

super set with

Bench press 3X8 @ 75


Walking lunges with sandbag (35 pounds): AWESOME. Heart rate jacked. Lunge forward with bag resting on shoulder. Return feet together and pop the sandbag over your head and onto the other shoulder. Lunge forward, return feet together repeat.
3X8 was all I needed.

KettleBell swings. WHOA. 3X15 My arms are COOKED. My neck is a bit sore however it's been bothering me for a week now.


Took about 30 minutes and I'm spent. Running about 3 miles on the DREADmill tonight. Still too cold for me!
