Happy Birthday Honey!

Today is my husband's birthday! Xavier and I made him red velvet cupcakes and a single layer cake with cream cheese frosting, rainbow sprinkles and terrible writing on it. Xan and Xavier each made him a card. I had to work, so Xan was in charge of Happy Birthday and the candles. Jon and I will celebrate this weekend with a date to a nice restaurant and some much needed time together. He said the best part of his day was Xavier leaving him a message saying "Happy Birthday Daddy, I love you!"

Today I taught 3 boot camps and I did each and every one of them! Yowza! My body aches today. Luckily I have an open morning and Xavier has school. I have a few miles in the morning along with weights, finishing/working on a few projects, and starting a yummy dinner TBD.


Xan did the funniest thing tonight. I came home from boot camp (missed the Happy B-day song darn it) and went up to his room to tuck him in and kiss him. He loves when I 'sleep' with him. We lay in his bed with the dog and tell him how much I love him, listen to him ramble on and on and on about video games, movies, anything. Tonight he started singing "Smoke on the Water" complete with guitar solo. Then he cracked himself up and said "I'm killing myself!"


It never gets old. Every single day I think about how great my life is!
