
A year ago- I would have never taken the weekend off. I exercised Monday-Wed, breaking on Thursday, again on Friday. When I say exercise- it's M-W-F bootcamps @ 5:30 AM and boot camps M-W @ 7pm. I don't always do the second camps, but I'm certainly not at a desk. I lifted weights on Tues and taught kickboxing. Some clients I am literally doing the entire session with , especially if it's a younger client or somebody doing all conditioning. So- I'm no slacker!
I'm not looking as I did a year ago, but I'm so much happier. I don't think about training and go to the gym when I should be hanging with the boys or sitting on my butt. I train and eat certain foods because I know they're healthy and make me feel better. I no longer have things I can and cannot eat. I'm proud of my fitness competition accomplishments, but I'm not above resting on my laurels.
