2 cups spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
frozen mango
1 banana
1 tsp flax seed oil.
Mix in blender. I thought it was going to be nasty as hell but it was very good.
Snack blueberries.
Lunch was a PB&J on ezekial bread.
I planned on stopping caffiene, mainly coffee. However about 12:15 I had such a terrible headache I slammed a small one with soymilk. Can't be perfect!
I realize that a headache is part of the detox process, but right now I like my toxins where they are!
