Pull up mania

Today's WOD: Lunge 100 ft 21 pull ups 21 sit ups. Lunge 100 ft 18 pullups/sit ups Lunge 100 ft 15 pullup/sit ups lunge 100 ft 12 pull/sit lunge 100 9 pull/sit lunge 100 6 pull/sit.


Holy hell.


I had to punk out and use the assisted pull up machine. I've got way to much junk in my trunk to make that happen. At 12 reps I switched over to rubber band pull ups. Tomorrow's going to be a blast! Rest day on crossfit endurance, but I'm going to get some cardio in later.


Oh...seriously burning in my arms. The lunges didn't really phase me- all that boot camp!
