BACK at it.

Run 800 meters

30 Hip/Back Extensions

30 GHD Sit-ups

30 Hip Extensions

30 Knees to Elbows

30 Back Extensions

30 AbMat Sit-ups



I could hear my core crying when I read this one.


Ran 800 on the treadmill in about 3:10. Not bad. I fought with he GHD at work because it's a freaking antique and in need of WD40. I decided not to time myself after spending over 90 seconds to adjust the stupid thing each time. Knees to elbows were 10 knees to chest and 20 knees to elbows on floor in plank per side. Abmat situps were military sit-ups instead. Great workout, felt strong and sweaty after! Thinking about adding a short run in this afternoon. Right now my hams are tired, my low back fatigues and bed is calling.

Yesterday's attempt at paleo was an EPIC fail. I did stay away from coffee in the PM again, had about 1/2 can of diet coke instead. Dinner was better and on track. Hit the grocery store and filled up on apples, lean meats, and more veg.

Finally found the article I've been looking for regarding IF. I did this morning and made it to 10:30. Since my last meal was about 8:45 and not big enough the fasting time was only 14 hours and I know understand it should be about 18. I will attempt this again tomorrow, it wasn't as bad as I thought. I need to eat a very very large meal about 6 tonight and be done with it until noon. Whew that's a long time.
