Boot camp survival kit



I wanted to show my appreciation to my faithfull boot campers. We're celebrating our 3rd anniversary in January! I gave them a little bag full of the items they're usually missing.

Chapstick

Tissues

Water

Larabar (hungry)

and a little snowflake ornament I crocheted.


Class today:

10 burpees

20 renegade rows

30 Bicep curls while walking

run around parking lot and up the hill...about 600 meters x 2

then

30 plie squats with a jump every 5

20 shoulder presses

20 KB swings

run around parking lot x 2

then run 400 meters lunge up hill

run 400 m side squat hill

run 400 side squat opposite leg leads.


How about I'm stiff as HELL today. Hamstrings are tight. Abs are sore. Boot camp 12 hours after was a good way to get the lactic acid out and start recovery. Weights today, only 20 minutes. Multi joint stuff.
